do you ship internationally?
i ship from france & the US and offer international shipping to 42 countries. customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

what is your refund policy?
✦ for returns: i accept returns within 14 days of when you receive your order for all items except the shartie mail order letters since they're made just for you. the returned item must come back in its original condition. to start a return, send me a contact form or email me at contact@angeloushart.com and i'll walk you through it. return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged.
✦ for damaged items: please send me a contact form or an email at contact@angeloushart.com with pictures and details of your order, and we can discuss solutions accordingly!
✦ for lost items: please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). your package might be waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
What if I want to cancel my order?
✦ cancellations are accepted only before an item has shipped and only within one business day of when the order was placed. send me a contact form or email me at contact@angeloushart.com
✦ already shipped? no worries, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery (see refund policy above).
when do you ship your orders?
✦ shop items: orders will be shipped out within 3 weeks.
✦ shartie knight order: orders will be shipped out between the 28th-31st of each month.
When will I get my order?
✦ shop items/US shartie knights: within 1 week since shipment.
✦ worldwide knights order: anywhere from 2-4 weeks since shipment (please wait patiently and contact me if it's been 4+ weeks since the shipping notification and you still haven't received your mail).
where are your products manufactured?
my products are manufactured both locally (in chicago) and globally. i select my manufacturing partners to ensure that they resonate with my values and product quality standards.
how much does shipping cost?
✦ shop items: shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. you will always know the shipping price before you purchase and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
✦ shartie knight order: shipping is included in the purchasing price! no tracking is available to keep membership costs low.

i don't take free character requests, but I do open commissions occasionally - keep an eye out for commissions opening (by subscribing to my emailing list).
