commissions
by ordering a commission, you agree to these terms:
01. GENERAL TERMS
✦ commission slots are granted through filling then sending me an order form.
✦ i reserve the right to decline any commission request.
✦ you are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent.
✦ i forbid the use of my commissions for NFT or AI art.
✦ i require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.
02. PAYMENT
✦ a ll payments are in Euros, sent through Paypal. any other currency and/or payment method will not be accepted.
✦ illustration commissions can only be paid 100% upfront and I will not start working until i receive full payment.
✦ payment plans are available for Live2D commissions. they can be discussed via DMs.
03. PROCESS
✦ commissions will be delivered within 3 months of me starting the commission.
✦ if you need the commission finished by a tight deadline, you can choose to pay an additional fee of 30% to rush your commission. it will be moved on top of my current queue and delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the type of commission.
04. REVISIONS
✦ there are 3 opportunities for you to request revisions on the commissioned piece. the requests can be made during the sketching phase, the rendering phase, and the finishing phase.
✦ a fee will be added if you want something changed on the finalized drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
05. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
✦ if for any reason i am unable to start your commission or deliver it on time, you will receive a full refund.
✦ if you cancel your commission before i begin work on it, you are eligible for a full refund.
✦ refunds are not available once work on the commission has started.
✦ do not request a Paypal chargeback for refunds! DM me first, and i will transfer the money back to you directly if your cancellation request fits under one of the above conditions.
06. COPYRIGHTS/USAGE POLICY
✦ i retain the rights to the original artwork I produce, and the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media and/or use it for self-promotion.
✦ for personal commissions, i retain commercial rights, including merchandizing.
✦ if the artwork is posted, the original design request and the intent of the commissioner will be respected.
