By commissionning me, you agree to these terms.

| Do not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) Personal use only! | Distribution for profit is granted. The commissioner may use the commission for profit, and grant permission to others to use the commission for profit as well. |

Notice: Commercial rights are already included in the base pricing for Live2D commissions. If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (company or talent agency commission), the total price will be adjusted depending on the size of the project. Please DM me to discuss!

1️⃣ GENERAL TERMS
✦ Commission slots are granted through filling then sending me an order form.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
✦ You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent.
✦ I forbid the use of my commissions for NFT or AI art.
✦ I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.2️⃣ PAYMENT
✦ All payments are in Euros, sent through Paypal. Any other currency and/or payment method will not be accepted.
✦ Illustration commissions can only be paid 100% upfront and I will not start working until I receive full payment.
✦ Payment plans are available for Live2D commissions. They can be discussed via DMs.3️⃣ PROCESS
✦ Commissions will be delivered within 3 months of me starting the commission.
✦ If you need the commission finished by a tight deadline, you can choose to pay an additional fee of 30% to rush your commission. It will be moved on top of my current queue and delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the type of commission.4️⃣ REVISIONS
✦ There are 3 opportunities for you to request revisions on the commissioned piece. The requests can be made during the sketching phase, the rendering phase, and the finishing phase.
✦ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the finalized drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.5️⃣ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or deliver it on time, you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you cancel your commission before I begin work on it, you are eligible for a full refund.
✦ Refunds are not available once work on the commission has started.
✦ Do not request a Paypal chargeback for refunds! DM me first, and I will transfer the money back to you directly if your cancellation request fits under one of the above conditions.6️⃣ COPYRIGHTS/USAGE POLICY
✦ I retain the rights to the original artwork I produce, and the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media and/or use it for self-promotion. If the artwork is posted, the original design request and the intent of the commissioner will be respected.
